Refunds
Due to the hand crafted nature of badge me products, refunds will only be given in the case of a defective item. If your badges are not delivered to your house they will be replaced.
Shipping
We have a fixed shipping rate of £1.00 per order within the

. Please bear in mind that all badge me products are all hand made. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery.
All items are sent to you in carefully wrapped packaging to keep the badges clean, safe and dry in transit.
